Such a hot chapter in a story that just gets better, dude! I agree with @John Rogers, I've been wondering about Noah's backstory - where did he learn to use people like this? Did he apprentice to another dom, or get used by one himself? Noah mentions the other boys he's reset, and it makes me so curious to know more. And speaking of curious... I didn't miss the fact that he was away for a week, that the staff at the gym said he was in the hospital... you keep dropping all these clues! Can't wait for the next chapter! I keep checking...

I get so excited to read a new Tykhe chapter. Especially as the story gets deeper and more tangled. Love this chapter. Part of me was uncomfortable for so much of it, in fear for the mismatch in Adrien and Rhys's communication between themselves. The looming truth of Aristotle's manipulation of Jasper but more obviously Jewel and Nova creating tension. I melted when Rhys told Jasper he loved him. The love and sincerity between them (despite the circumstances of their coming together) warms my heart and makes it tighten when that might be threatened. Throw in a little role reversal and a hot scene of learning about Rhys's Zeus affliction. Beautifully done. Every moment is steeped in character and enriches the world. <3 More please.

Excellent stuff! I'll admit I always have a soft spot of characters like Aaron- somebody has to do all the (over)working and (over)thinking that keeps the world moving forward! Rooting for him to find a way to happiness without losing his mind. xx

There are so many wonderful lines in this chapter that firmly declare the nature of the growing connection between Marcus and Caleb, and more generally important aspects of all good Dom/sub and Master/slave relationships. "Because despite everything, despite the pain, the frustration, the cage, he’d never felt more alive. More used. More owned. More loved." “Your focus on your release weakens your worship. Only when you forget yourself completely — only when you exist for Me and My cock alone — will you become who you are meant to be.” "Marcus showed him, week after week, [...] the only thing that mattered: To honor Him with devotion. To serve Him selflessly, sweetly, and fully." One line by Marcus i adamantly refute is this one: “Service isn’t about your pleasure, faggot, it’s about Mine.” Personally this one line would weaken a D/s connection for me because it demonstrates that in spite of everything, Marcus is almost exclusively interested in his own pleasure. He seems to lack an understanding that submission, obedience, and especially service are all great sources of pleasure for any true submissive. To me it seems Marcus is training his slave to be empty, blank, emotionless, and unhesitatingly responsive. i think in this modern context both Dom and sub, Master and slave, need positive constructive experiences and outcomes from their relationship. They each complete the other. To be fair to the author getting to know someone deeply takes a lot of time and attention. There is also a lot in the story to indicate that love is a strong component of their connection. i like to believe that Marcus words often don't reflect his real and ultimate intent or feelings, that he does love and cherish his slave. Downplaying this concern is easy when so much of the story reflects the kind of D/s or M/s relationship i fantasize about. For that once again i thank the author for sharing his imagination and smooth writing skills which vividly describes these characters and their relationship. This story is definitely one of my favorites!

It varies by chapter which of these two annoys me more. Neither is likeable, you need Liam to be this stupid for the story but it just comes across as the special needs kid being bullied by a piece of shit jock.
