This is one of the best stories I’ve ever read. I love how real these characters feel, and the growing emotional connection between the main characters has me invested! Can’t wait to read more 😊

appreciate all the SF references. I'd peg him for a Marina douche, too.

The piss is vile. Glad it hasn’t been a focus.

I consistently come back to _Geometric Affairs_ for many reasons, not least of which are the rarity of the subject matter and the amazing way in which it is treated. The psychological aspect of the story fits perfectly and helps to inform both narrative and action. John's heroic efforts to save Mike from the otherwise-guaranteed fate of being a mindless power-generating cube and their interpersonal (or inter-geometric) relationship progressing to intimacy, trust, and romance are handled very well. Even though this story might be understood at first glance as a kind of body horror tale, I tend to think that in the end balance it is a love story where everything that takes place is for the best. This twist makes _Geometric Affairs_ even more satisfying as a read and one of my firm favourites among the vast archive of Gay Spiral Stories.
